Moore I have received my doctor's degree from the Johannes Kepler University (Linz, Austria) for my work on the use of algebraic methods for the dynamic balancing of linkages. During this period, I was a member of the Research Institute for Symbolic Computation (RISC) and a research scientist at the Radon Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics (RICAM) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

I am currently a research assistant at ATR in Kyoto. I am a member of the Department of Communication and Cognitive Cybernetics which is part of the Computational Neuroscience Lab. My research is funded by JSPS, under the JSPS-Postdoctoral Fellowships for Foreign Researchers.
